Test Technology?
HV Test Technology was formed in 2004 when Megger, formerly AVO International, formerly Biddle Instruments withdrew from the High Voltage and Partial Discharge Test System business. D. Barry Holst spent 37 years working for Biddle Instruments in this area before retiring and founding HV Test Technology. Click here for an overview of his experience.
